An Early Look At Escape From Planet Omega-12

The First Six Minutes of the Opening Scene is Here

If there’s one thing I can’t stand, it’s long gaps between Escape From Planet Omega-12 updates but I promise this one will be worth the wait. Below, past the paywall, you’ll find the first six minutes (give or take) of our movie. The opening three minutes are fully animated, transitioning into storyboards after that. This is my working timeline, where I fine-tune the pacing as I develop full scenes and gradually replace the drawings.

You’ll notice quite a few placeholders, too. For instance, Tara’s robot, BLIP, will eventually be a 3D model, but for now, it’s represented by a drawing as a stand-in.

The sound might cut in and out since these are temporary tracks, but I’m confident you’ll still get a sense of where we’re headed and appreciate the hard work we’ve put in so far.
